Privacy policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This policy explains how Future Intelligence Technology (“FIT”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use futureintelligencetech.com, our free tools, our AI assistant, or contact us. We keep it short and specific.
Who we are
Future Intelligence Technology is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at info@futureintelligencetech.com.

| Anonymous usage events (e.g. “audit completed”), and a hashed, non-reversible form of your IP address | When you use the site | Measuring conversions, rate limiting and preventing spam | Legitimate interests |
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. Our own event tracking stores no cookies and no personal data. Our spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) loads only when you start filling in a form and is used solely to tell humans from bots. We use your browser’s local storage to remember your referral/UTM source and your chat session. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare: website hosting, database (D1), AI model inference for the assistant and audit (Workers AI), spam protection and analytics.
- Resend: sending emails.
- Meta (WhatsApp): only if you message us on WhatsApp or opt in to WhatsApp messages.
These providers process data on our instructions under data processing terms. Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
AI processing
Our AI assistant and parts of the audit report use AI models to generate text. They do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. AI output can be wrong, so please don’t rely on it for legal, medical or financial decisions. Don’t share sensitive personal data (health, financial account details, passwords) in the chat.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and leads: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client (then for the duration of the relationship plus any legally required period).
- Chat messages: 90 days.
- Usage events: 13 months.
- Rate-limit data: about 24 hours.
- Unsubscribe records: kept so we never email you again.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of marketing. This includes rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, the EU GDPR, US state privacy laws such as California’s CCPA/CPRA, Canada’s PIPEDA and provincial laws including Quebec’s Law 25, and Nigeria’s Data Protection Act 2023. Email info@futureintelligencetech.com and we will respond within the time the law requires (normally within one month). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
You can also complain to your data protection authority. For example, the ICO (UK), the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the California Privacy Protection Agency, or the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
Marketing emails
We only send follow-up and marketing emails if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Emails you requested, such as your audit report, a download link or a reply to your message, are sent regardless, because you asked for them.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on our admin tools, hashed IP addresses, spam protection and minimal data collection. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we hold.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top.
