We work in five steps: a free audit, a written blueprint with a fixed quote, building in your own accounts, testing with real examples, and launching with ongoing monitoring and improvement. You approve the plan and price before any work begins.
Free audit
You complete the online audit or a 30-minute call. We learn how work flows today and identify the few automations with the biggest payback. Output: a ranked list of opportunities with estimated time saved.
Blueprint and fixed quote
We write a short blueprint covering what we will build, which tools, what data it touches, risks and safeguards, acceptance criteria and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Build in your accounts
We build in accounts you own, with weekly progress updates and short recorded demos. You can see and test everything as it develops.
Test with real examples
Before launch, the system must pass the acceptance criteria using real examples: past customer questions, real documents or historical data. Where useful, it runs in parallel with the manual process first.
Launch, monitor and improve
We launch, train your team, hand over documentation and monitor closely for the first 30 days. On a Care Plan, we keep monitoring and improving every month with a one-page report.

How much of my time does a project need?
Expect about an hour or two at the start to explain the process and share access, a short weekly check-in, and time to test before launch. We do the rest.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to the tools involved (or a team member who can grant it), examples of the work being automated (past messages, documents or data), and one person who can make decisions.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch fixes. After that you can run the system yourself with our documentation, or move onto a monthly Care Plan.
