These terms cover your use of futureintelligencetech.com, including our free tools and AI assistant. Client projects are governed by a separate written agreement.
Free tools and estimates
The AI automation audit, ROI calculator, prompt builder and downloadable resources are provided free, for general information. Estimates of time or money saved are based on the numbers you enter and on stated assumptions. They are not guarantees or professional advice.
The AI assistant
The assistant is an AI system and can make mistakes. Nothing it says is a binding offer, a price quote or legal, medical, financial or tax advice. For anything important, confirm with our team by email.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no automated scraping of the tools, attempts to break or overload them, attempts to make the assistant produce harmful content, spam through our referral programme, or submitting other people’s data without permission.
Intellectual property
Site content, design, tools and downloads belong to Future Intelligence Technology. You may use downloadable templates and prompts inside your own business. You may not resell or republish them as your own.
Liability
The site and free tools are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on free tools, estimates or AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
